When I'm in a deep meditation, my mind drifts to two main places. The silence and weightlessness of water. The deep sea. Dark waters. I watch my physical body from above, drift and float. When I'm no longer fearful and sync into the flow of stillness and movement, release into the undertow ,I'm given blue and indigo light with each long slow breath. This series follows the drowning wake of grief, and is a huge part of my healing energy work.
